What I am offering is 4-weeks online personal training. This is ideal for anyone looking to up the ante on their weekly workouts while still keeping the autonomy of working out alone. This is also the perfect solution for anyone who consistently works out but needs an added level of accountability.

What you get is me as your personal trainer!!!

This includes:

– 3 personalized CrossFit style workouts per week with videos if needed (customized for you and the equipment you have access to)
– 1 Endurance/Track workout per week
– 30 minute initial phone call to discuss goals, nutrition, & answer any questions
– Body composition sheet to record measurements on your own
– Weekly emails

PRICE: $100 per 4 weeks

PRICE: $200 per 4 weeks if additional nutrition coaching is needed via meal plans and weekly food log check-in.

I am available to you during the week via email to answer any questions or concerns you may have. If you would like to talk to me though, additional phone calls during the 4-week training cost $15 per 20 minutes.
